Attendees are responsible for their own flights and hotel accommodations. We can recommend hotels near the ITBD office for your convenience. ITBD will handle all local transportation and host meals during your stay.
What are the estimated travel and accommodation costs?
Estimated round-trip airfare (e.g., EWR-MNL-EWR ranges between $1,000 and $4,500, depending on class and timing). Hotel rates typically range from $250 to $300 per night at preferred properties.
Does ITBD provide transportation from the airport?
Yes. Once your travel is confirmed, we’ll coordinate your airport pick-up and transfers between your hotel and the ITBD office. Just share your flight and hotel details with us.
Are there any fees to attend the MSP Open House?
No. The MSP Open House is invitation-only and free of charge for selected MSP leaders. There is no event fee, your commitment is your time and presence.
